1lbBulk pork sausage
1clGarlic, crushed
4cSliced yellow squash
1/2cDry bread crumbs
1/2cGrated Parmesan cheese
1/2cMilk
1tbChopped parsley
1/2tsWhole oregano
1/2tsSalt
2 Eggs, beaten

Saute sausage, squash and remaining ingredients; blend well. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Randy Rigg
